This Website is an independent marketing portal. It is not the official website of Nakheel or of any developer and is not owned by, operated by, or formally endorsed by any developer. Project names, brand names, renders and marks referenced on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification of the projects being marketed only.
2. No offer; information only
Content on the Website — including prices, availability, unit mixes, payment plans, areas, renders and handover dates — is provided for general information, is indicative only, is set and revised by the developer, and may change or be withdrawn without notice. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, a contract, investment advice or a guarantee of returns. Any purchase is made solely under the developer's own sale documentation registered with the relevant authorities.
3. Use of the Website
You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it for commercial republication, or submit false or third-party contact details without authority.
